| 22 years ago, a cataclysmic earthquake destroyed the prefecture of Kanagawa and detached it from the rest of Japan. The region was known as the "Lost Ground". It was later realized that part of the population born in this region had the ability to change and create matter. They are known as the Alter Users. Kazuma is an Alter User who uses his power to do odd jobs to make a meager living. Having gone on a "mission" to look after a gang of hooligans and their leader, another Alter User, he finds himself face to face with HOLY...
Episode 2: "Ryuho"
Mimori Kiryu, a brilliant researcher freshly appointed to HOLY, returns to the Lost Ground after a seven-year absence. She soon discovers that things are very different now and that her reunion with Ryuho is not exactly what she had imagined...
Episode 3: "HOLY"
Easily overcome by Ryuho, Kazuma is detained in HOLD's headquarters where he is briefly questioned. As he is incapable of accepting his defeat, he can think of only one thing: fighting Ryuho again...
Episode 4: "Big Magnum"
To please Kanami, Kazuma tries to do normal work, but Kimishima offers him a new job. It involves releasing a group of people who have been reduced to slavery. Everything goes according to plan until the arrival of Georges Tatsunam and his Big Magnum...
