Officer Daly (Julia Ann) is a rookie on the beat who is eager to be the best cop on the force. Attractive, sexy and headstrong, Daly is often chastised by her fellow officers despite her diligent efforts to be seen as a respected cop on the force. When their station becomes threatened by possible shut down due to lack of citations, the stations Sergeant orders his officers to take a more aggressive approach to gaining citations.
