The talk of the town was John McGuinness and he lived up to expectations by not only securing his first ever UGP win in the Supersport, but also going on to claim a second victory in the 250 event! With the late, great Joey Dunlop's nephew, William securing an outstanding second place.
But McGuinness could not outshine the 'Man of the Meeting' Ian Lougher, a justly deserved honour after his faultless performance and hat-trick of wins. The onboard footage is always exhilarating but this year we take you closer to the edge than ever before! You will not believe your eyes as Ian Lougher and Guy Martin touch wheels, not once but twice, at over 160 mph on the approach to Budore. This is truly Irish road racing at its very best! |
