| Fa Cup Golden Moments
The FA Cup is the greatest Cup competition in domestic football, renowned worldwide for its excitement, passion and memorable moments.
This DVD charts some of those classic moments for the last century, dating back to the early 1920's with Bolton Wanderers' momentous victory over West Ham. This was the first ever FA Cup final to be played at the old Wembley Stadium, in front of an estimated crowd of over 150,000 people, with Bolton eventually coming away victorious. At this moment, the romance of the Fa Cup was born.
The 1981 FA Cup Final replay is also included where Tottenham Hotspur came from 2-1 down against Manchester City to win 3-2 with Ricardo Villa scoring one of the great Wembley goals. Finally, who can forget the 1999 Manchester United v Newcastle United Final when Manchester United won the FA Cup for the 10th time, to end the century in style and complete the second leg of their unique Treble. |
